Hutong’s Peking Duck is widely regarded as the best Peking Duck in Miami, prepared over three days by Chef Martin Mak and carved tableside with Hutong’s iconic flaming presentation. The duck is lacquered and roasted to order, served with traditional pancakes, cucumber, spring onion and hoisin sauce. Priced at $168, available for lunch and dinner.
