Join us all night long on the 29th to ring in the Year of the Snake. We’ll be offering our Year of the Snake Menu, as well as our full à la carte menu, for those who want to enjoy our extensive selection of dim sum or our Flaming Duck, which is set ablaze table side and carved in front of you and your guests—a showstopping celebration crafted just for you.
Start your evening with one of our signature Hennessy cocktails, carefully crafted to complement the occasion. The Venom Bloom, with its bold blend of Hennessy, citrus, and floral notes, offers a refreshing and celebratory start, while the Cobra’s Kiss combines rich, indulgent flavors for a drink that’s both luxurious and unforgettable.
Pair your cocktail with Hutong’s critically acclaimed Peking Duck, a dish that draws from a recipe originally created for emperors. Perfected by our chefs, this masterpiece is meticulously prepared over 24 hours to achieve crispy skin and tender, flavorful meat. Served with delicate pancakes, cucumber, and leek, it’s a dish steeped in tradition, made to impress and delight.
As part of the celebration, savor Lo Hei, a vibrant and symbolic dish traditionally tossed high at the table to bring abundance and good fortune for the year ahead.
Other exquisite dishes on our thoughtfully curated menu include the fiery Sichuan Lobster, wok-tossed with bold spices, black beans, and dried garlic for a dish that excites the palate. Indulge in the luxurious Australian Wagyu Steak, served sizzling with a rich blend of soy, cilantro, and black pepper sauce, a true testament to culinary craftsmanship. End your meal on a high note with our decadent Mala Chocolate Dessert, a unique fusion of sweet and spicy flavors featuring smooth chocolate mousse paired with a refreshing sour plum sorbet.
A highlight of Chinese New Year, red envelopes—or hóngbāo—are a cherished tradition symbolizing blessings, prosperity, and good luck. At Hutong Miami, we’re proud to honor this custom by giving back to our guests. Red envelopes will be handed out during the celebration while supplies last, adding a meaningful and festive touch to your evening.
